SENIOR LADIES

Well Done to the Laune Rangers Senior LGFA team who defeated Inbhear Scéine Gaels on Monday evening in Kenmare.  Full Time Score:- ISG 2-4, Laune Rangers 4-6.

Laune Rangers were also due to play Austin Stacks on Wednesday evening in JP O’Sullivan Park but, without the presence of a referee, the game was unfortunately called off.  The game has bee rescheduled for next Monday, July 10th at 7:30pm in JP O’Sullivan Park.

SENIOR MEN A FIXTURE

With promotion already secured, Laune Rangers will host Currow in the final round of the County Senior Football League Division 2.  The game takes place on Sunday next, July 9th at 2pm in JP O’Sullivan Park.

DEVELOPMENTAL LEAGUE SHIELD FINAL

Well Done to the Laune Rangers C team who won the Division 1 Shield Final of the County Developmental League on Sunday afternoon against their Austin Stacks counterparts.  Full Time Score:- Laune Rangers 3-14, Austin Stacks 3-8.

MID KERRY JUNIOR LEAGUE

Laune Rangers defeated Milltown/Castlemaine on Tuesday evening in the Mid Kerry Junior League.  Full Time Score:- Laune Rangers 0-17, Milltown/Castlemaine 1-9.

KERRY

Congratulations to both Kerry Senior football teams on their respective wins last weekend.  Defeat of Tyrone gave the Senior men a Semi Final tie against Derry in on Sunday, July 16th at 4pm.  The LGFA side’s win against Cavan sets up a home quarter final against Meath on Saturday July 15th at 7:30pm in Austin Stack Park.

FÉILE PEILE NA NÓG

It was the experience of a lifetime for the Laune Rangers group of Under 15 boys who travelled to the Connacht Centre of Excellence in Bekan, Co Mayo last Saturday for the Féile Peile nan Óg National Division 1 Finals.  The results didn’t go the way of the Kerry champions who were competing  among the top eight teams in the country.

UNDER 15 BOYS

A few days after their Féile experience, Laune Rangers got back into action on Wednesday evening, defeating John Mitchels in Tralee in the Central Region Under 15 Division 1

UNDER 14 GIRLS

Laune Rangers Under 14 Girls Blue team were defeated by Dr Crokes on Tuesday evening.  Full Time Score:- Dr Crokes 3-8, Laune Rangers 2-6.

UNDER 13 BOYS FIXTURE

Laune Rangers Under 13 Boys get their Central Region campaign underway on Sunday evening with a visit to Dromid/Waterville – venue tbc

UNDER 12 GIRLS

Laune Rangers Under 12 Blue team were in Knockanure Tuesday 27th June to play Moyvane in the County League. It was a very wet evening but Laune Rangers girls started strong and had 1-1 after 5 minutes. Laune Rangers defence was rock solid on the night and they also played some great attacking football in the second half and ran out deserved winners. The whole panel played great football on the night in tough conditions. The Under 12 Girls White team were away to Listowel in the County League this Tuesday 4th July. It was another super performance. They got off to a great start with 1-2 on the board after the first quarter. Listowel Emmetts were tough but struggled to get on the score board. With the wind behind them in the second half, Laune Rangers added a few more scores to the board.
