Laune Rangers closed out their Credit Union SFL Division 2 campaign with a comprehensive win against Currow on Sunday afternoon, setting up a Final against Glenflesk to decide the champion of Division Two.  Full Time Score:- Laune Rangers 3-20, Currow 1-8.

SENIOR MEN A FIXTURE

Laune Rangers will face Glenflesk in a Final to decide the winner of Division 2 of the County Senior Football League.  The game takes place this Saturday, July 15th at 4:30pm in Lewis Road ground, Killarney.

MID KERRY JUNIOR LEAGUE

A depleted Laune Rangers side travelled to Lispole on Tuesday evening to take on An Ghaeltacht in the Mid Kerry Junior League.   Full Time Score:- An Ghaeltacht 3-16, Laune Rangers 0-7.

Laune Rangers travel to Glenbeigh/Glencar on Tuesday evening next, July 18th in the last round of Mid Kerry Junior League fixtures, with a place in the Final up for grabs.  Throw in 7:30pm

SENIOR LADIES

With the exact result required to qualify for the Corrib Oil County Senior League Division 4 final, Laune Rangers defeated Austin Stacks on Monday evening in their rescheduled tie in JP O’Sullivan Park.  Full Time Score:- Laune Rangers 2-9, Austin Stacks 0-8.

Congratulations also to Tracey O’Shea – a member of our Senior management team – and her family on the safe arrival of baby Callum.

SENIOR LADIES FIXTURES

The County Championship Junior A competition had dates finalised at the County Board Meeting, Laune Rangers is in Junior A with Ballymac, Kilcummin, Listowel Emmetts, Spa, Abbeydorney, Clounmacon/Moyvane and Cromane.  The first round has Laune Rangers away to Spa on Monday 21st August.

Next up for Laune Rangers Senior Ladies is an away game to Kerins O’Rahilly’s in next round of Donal Curtin Competition due to be played next weekend, but this will be dependent on the fixing of the Corrib Oil County League Division 4 Final.

KERRY

Best of Luck to both Senior Kerry teams this weekend – the Ladies at home to Meath on Saturday night and the men against Derry in Croke Park on Sunday.

MINOR BOYS FIXTURE

South Kerry host Laune Rangers in the opening game of this year’s Keane’s Supervalu County Minor Championship on this Friday evening, July 14th.  Throw in 7pm in Waterville.

Well Done to the Laune Rangers Minor Girls on a comprehensive victory against Listowel Emmets on Wednesday evening in Clounmacon.

UNDER 15 BOYS

Laune Rangers Under 15 Boys Blue team defeated Na Gaeil in the Central Region Division 1 on Wednesday evening.  Full Time Score:- Laune Rangers 0-12, Na Gaeil 0-7.

The Under 15 White team host Ballymacelligott in JP O’Sullivan Park this evening (Friday) at 7pm

UNDER 14 GIRLS

Laune Rangers Under 14 Girls Blue team were defeated by Dr Crokes on Tuesday evening.  Full Time Score:- Dr Crokes 3-8, Laune Rangers 2-6.

UNDER 13 BOYS

Laune Rangers  Under 13 Boys are away this Sunday evening vs Sneem/Derryname/Tousist/Templnoe in the Central Region competition

UNDER 12 GIRLS

Laune Rangers U12 Blue Team played Dr Crokes in the county league on Thursday 6th July in JP O’Sullivan Park. Laune Rangers got off to a strong start with the wind on their side and clocked up some scores. The weather took a turn in the second half, the rain never let up and there was a strong wind throughout which gave the advantage back to Dr Crokes who came into the game in the second half. Laune Rangers kept the heads up and fought hard and came away with the win.
