Mid Kerry Ladies Underage District Championship
U13 Mid Kerry Girls played East Kerry in their county final on Sunday and had a comprehensive victory over East Kerry. Final Score : Mid Kerry 6-13, East Kerry 4-6.
Laune Rangers players involved with Mid Kerry are Evelyn Bowler, Holly Breen, Grace Costello, Nicole Flynn, Niamh Hassett, Emily McMahon, Ciara Moore, Róisín Murphy, Holly O’Shea, Ellie O’Sullivan & Megan Quigg. Kerry O’Sullivan is involved with the management team.
U15 Girls – The U15 Mid Kerry team will play Tralee District in their final in John Mitchells on Wednesday 4th December at 7 pm.
Laune Rangers players involved with Mid Kerry U15’s are Eimear Murphy, Ummi Shinohara, Kiri McGrath, Aoibhín O’Sullivan, and Erin O’Sullivan. Sarah O’Connor is involved with the management team
U17 Girls – U17 Mid Kerry played East Kerry in their respective final and unfortunately it was not meant to be. Final Score Mid Kerry 0-10, East Kerry 2-6 .

Healthy Clubs Committee is busy organising some events for the off-season.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Laune Rangers GAA are starting to prepare for next season, if you are interested in interested in volunteering within the Club for the coming year in some capacity. This may involve helping out at boys/girls academies sessions, becoming part of a coaching team, helping out on match day – stewarding, operating the scoreboard, gate collection; female liaison officer, helping with PR activities, lotto and other fundraisers.
The club will be starting the process of safeguarding and coaching courses for the winter. These are now a requirement for anyone volunteering with children, once this is completed it is valid for 3 years.

Scór na nÓg & Scór na bPáistí will be returning.
There are eight disciplines in Scór that cover all aspects of Irish culture: Figure/Céilí Dancing, Solo Singing, Ballad Group, Recitation/Scéalaíocht, Nuachleas/Novelty Act, Instrumental Music, Set Dancing and Table Quiz.
The competion is open to all young people under 17.
If you are not a member for GAA purposes there is social membership also available.
