Laune Rangers and KCYMS Basketball Club have come together for the Killorglin 30K Giveaway.  Laune Rangers’ funds will be focused on developing the Cloon grounds, while the Basketball Club seek to improve facilities for spectators by acquiring tiered seating for games.  Both clubs are looking for the support of the local community.  Tickets €50 can be purchased at the below link.  Main draw takes place on September 22nd

Laune Rangers will take part in the County Minor Club A Championship, and will travel to Rathmore in the Quarter Final of the competition.  The game takes place on Saturday, September 9th at 4pm in Rathbeg.

Laune Rangers U16 girls played Corca Dhuibhne the County League Division 4 Final on Tuesday evening last.  It was the West Kerry club that took the title though as they proved too strong on the night for Laune Rangers.

Laune Rangers Under 14 Girls get their East Kerry League underway on Sunday evening with a trip to Dr Crokes.


Laune Rangers defeated Dromid/Waterville on Tuesday evening last in the Central Region Under 13 Division 3 Final.  Well Done to all


U12 Girls

Laune Rangers U12 girls White team played last Thursday 17th of August in their county league Final at home against Legion. The teams met earlier in the year and have had close battles against each other. The Laune Rangers team have been going from strength to strength all year long. The game got off to a great start with Laune Rangers taking the lead and they had their shooting boots on, keeping the scores coming. Laune Rangers backs were equally as good up against some of Legion’s dangerous forwards. It was Laune Rangers who came out on top with a fantastic performance by everyone on the squad. Laune Rangers Summer Camp took place this week with great fun and enjoyment had by all!  Thanks to all those who helped out with the organising of the camp, and our coaches who made the week so enjoyable for those who took part.
