INTERMEDIATE CHAMPIONSHIP:  Laune Rangers will face Killarney Legion in the first round of this year’s Intermediate Championship.  The game takes place on Sunday next, July 31st at 2pm in Beaufort.

KERRY:  Huge congratulations to Kerry on their All Ireland Senior Football Final win against Galway to bring Sam home to the Kingdom!  It was a special day for another group of Kerry men too as the 1997 All Ireland winners celebrated their success 25 years later.  Hassett brothers Mike and Liam led the team out onto the Croke Park pitch before the main event on Sunday, and they were joined by fellow Laune Rangers men Billy O’Shea & Mike Frank Russell.  We hope they thoroughly enjoyed their day!

BEST OF LUCK: Best of Luck to the Kerry Senior LGFA team who take on Meath on Sunday in the All Ireland Final, especially our own squad member Meadhbh Johnston.  We have two bus loads of supporters travelling up to the game, and we hope they all have a great day!  Safe travels to them and to all supporters making the trip to Croke Park on Sunday.

UNDER 15 BOYS: Laune Rangers defeated An Ghaeltacht in Cloon on Wednesday evening, in the Central Region Under 15 Division 1 Semi Final.  Full Time Score:- Laune Rangers 2-17, An Ghaeltacht 3-11.

UNDER 14 GIRLS: Also played on Wednesday evening, Laune Rangers Under 14 Girls were defeated by Ballyduff in Pat Healy Park, Ballyrickard in the County U14 Division 4 Final.  Full Time Score:- Ballyduff 4-9, Laune Rangers 1-5.

UNDER 13 BOYS: The Central Region Under 13 competition gets underway on Sunday evening as Laune Rangers travel to Connolly Park, Tralee to face Austin Stacks in both Divisions 1 and 1B.
