Laune Rangers take on North Kerry in the Semi Final of the Acorn Life County Under 21 Championship.  The game takes place in Strand Road on this evening Wednesday, June 21st at 7:30pm.

The first round of Kerry LGFA’s County League took place on Friday evening with a local derby between Laune Rangers and Cromane in Killorglin.  Full Time Score:- Laune Rangers 1-10, Cromane 3-10.

Before the game, a new set of jerseys were presented to the Senior Ladies team by John Naughton of Flexachem, who also provided tops to the players as the new lead sponsor of the team

Laune Rangers defeated Keel on Tuesday evening in the opening round of the Mid Kerry Junior League.  Full Time Score:- Keel 0-17, Laune Rangers 2-14

Laune Rangers defeated Austin Stacks in the County Developmental League on Friday evening in Connolly Park.  Full Time Score:- Austin Stacks C 2-11, Laune Rangers C 6-9.

Laune Rangers travel to Kenmare Shamrocks for a crucial Round 10 fixture in Division 2 of the County League on Sunday afternoon at 2pm.  Meanwhile, Laune Rangers B host Rathmore B in their last Phase 2 game in Division 5 on Saturday evening at 7:30pm in JP O’Sullivan Park

Laune Rangers Under 16 girls host Kerins O’Rahillys in Cloon this evening (Wednesday) at 7pm

Congratulations to the Kerry Senior men who finished top of their group on Sunday with victory over Louth.  Well Done also to the Kerry Senior Ladies on their victory over Dublin in Parnell Park on Saturday evening.  Best of Luck to the Kerry Minors in their All Ireland Semi Final next weekend, especially our own Shane Clifford and Stephen Gannon.

Laune Rangers Under 12 Girls White team host Finuge/St Senans on Thursday evening in JP O’Sullivan Park.  The Blue team were due to travel to Moyvane on Tuesday evening but all games were called off due to the orange weather warning.

Thanks to everyone who supported our GAA jersey night in O’Shea’s Beer Garden on Saturday night.  It was the final fundraiser ahead of our U15 boys trip to Féile Peile na nÓg in Mayo on July 1^st.

Laune Rangers 2nd Annual Summer Camp takes place on the week beginning August 21st this year.  Details on booking etc will be published in coming weeks.

Gaelic for Mothers & Others – training continues on Mondays from 7-8pm. New members are welcome. Contact Bridie on 087 983 0181.  Our G4MO group took part in the Munster blitz in Mallow on Saturday afternoon with a great day had by all.
