Laune Rangers began their O’Sullivan Cup campaign on Sunday morning with defeat of Milltown/Castlemaine in Milltown.  Full Time Score:- Milltown/Castlemaine 2-8, Laune Rangers 0-16.

SENIOR LADIES

Laune Rangers Senior Ladies brought a fractured season to a close with defeat in the County Junior A Championship Quarter Final to neighbours Cromane in Glenbeigh on Sunday afternoon.  Full Time Score:- Cromane 1-17, Laune Rangers 2-7.

MOLYNEAUX SHIELD

It took 80 minutes to separate the sides on Friday evening in Cloon, but it was Austin Stacks that progressed to the Molyneaux Shield Final after a fantastic battle against Laune Rangers.  Full Time Score:- Laune Rangers B 1-16, Austin Stacks B 2-15.

MID KERRY

Well Done to Mid Kerry who defeated Na Gaeil on Sunday to reach the Quarter Finals of the County SFC.  Well done especially to the Laune Rangers players in the squad including those who contributed on the day – starters David Mangan, Eoin Clifford & Fiachra Clifford as well as Dáire Cleary who was introduced off the bench.  Mid Kerry play Austin Stacks on Sunday afternoon to decide who tops their group.  Throw in 2:30pm in Beaufort

MINOR GIRLS

Laune Rangers Minor Girls travel to Kilcummin in the East Kerry League on Friday evening.

UNDER 16 GIRLS

Laune Rangers Under 16 Girls travel to Lewis Road this evening (Tuesday) in the East Kerry League.

UNDER 15 BOYS

Laune Rangers White team travel to Glenbeigh on Wednesday evening to face GGC in the Mid Kerry Div 2 competition.  Throw in 6:30pm

UNDER 14 GIRLS

Laune Rangers Under 14 Girls were defeated by Rathmore on Sunday afternoon in Rathbeg.  Full Time Score:- Rathmore 3-9, Laune Rangers 1-13.

UNDER 13 BOYS

The two Laune Rangers teams opened their Mid Kerry Under 13 competition campaigns in the last week.  The Blue side won at home against Keel/Listry on Friday evening.  Full Time Score:- Laune Rangers 1-8, Keel/Listry 0-8.  The Under 13 White team were defeated by Keel/Listry B on Sunday in Keel.  Full Time Score:- Keel/Listry B 3-13, Laune Rangers White 1-12.  Laune Rangers White host GGC this evening (Tuesday) in Cloon for their second game in the competition.

UNDER 12 GIRLS

The Laune Rangers Under 12 White/Blue Girls teams both played at home last Friday evening and had two great wins against both Spa Teams.   Well done to both teams.  The players displayed great football skills, teamwork and showed that all the training is paying off.  More East Kerry League Football games to look forward to this week.

UNDER 11 BOYS

Laune Rangers took on Keel on Sunday evening in some highly enjoyable Mid Kerry Go-Games.

For those over 17, is up and running once again and it is just around the corner. Please get in touch with us and let us know if you, are anyone you know, may be interested in taking part. The competitions are: Figure/Céilí Dancing, Solo Singing, Instrumental Music Group, Ballad Group, Recitation/Scéalaíocht, Léiriú/Novelty Act, Set Dancing and Table Quiz.  This competition is open to any person from the Laune Rangers area of Killorglin Parish who is OVER 17 years on 1st January 2022.  Even if you are not an active sports member of Laune Rangers you can become a Scór member.
